How are live plants and fragile aquariums shipped?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and reinforced structural supports to ensure that all glass tanks and live aquatic plants arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for aquascaping equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened equipment. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on live livestock or opened water treatments.
Do you offer international shipping for large setups?
Currently, we ship our full range of products within the continental United States and Canada. International shipping is available for non-liquid accessories and small tools only.

Are your hardscape materials (rocks and driftwood) safe for all fish?
Yes, all our stones and wood are ethically sourced and pre-cleaned. However, we always recommend a quick rinse and checking the specific pH requirements of your fish before adding new elements.
